    Tepcon is delivering full-service general contracting for the Chewy PHX2–PHX5 project, overseeing a wide-ranging scope of work to support facility enhancements and operational upgrades. The project includes interior demolition and concrete work, as well as the installation of roof truss supports to accommodate structural modifications. Additional scopes include custom millwork, insulation, roofing, and the installation of doors and frames. Tepcon is managing all framing and drywall, floor coverings, and acoustical ceilings to ensure a clean and functional finish. Interior improvements also feature a complete restroom remodel and high-quality painting throughout. Critical building systems such as fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire alarm are also being installed and coordinated to meet performance and safety standards. Tepcon’s coordinated approach ensures streamlined execution, high-quality results, and strict adherence to the project timeline.

  2. SRP EVS01 Skylight Replacement

    Brian served as the project manager for this two-phase skylight replacement project at SRP's East Valley site. The scope began with selective demolition to remove portions of existing wall finishes, exposing framing conditions between the skylights and structural steel below. TEPCON constructed a new gable roof structure featuring clerestory end conditions.

  3. Chandler Pavillion Store buildout

    Brian was the Project Manager for the Chandler Pavilion major D Shell Improvement project. The scope of work included full demolition of existing structures, followed by grading and paving to prepare the site for new construction. The project features extensive improvements to both the interior space and exterior facade, including landscape installation, concrete work, and structural steel erection. TEPCON is also managing the installation of doors and hardware, overhead roll-up doors, and all glass and glazing systems. Interior and exterior finishes include roofing, framing and drywall, insulation with firestopping, stucco application, and final painting. Additionally, the project involves complete electrical and plumbing systems installation, ensuring full functionality and code compliance. TEPCON's integrated delivery approach supports quality craftsmanship, efficient scheduling, and a safe, clean job site.
