Keith brings comprehensive project management experience spanning the full construction lifecycle, from initial planning and preconstruction through permitting, construction, and final completion. His experience collaborating with clients, design professionals, consultants, subcontractors, and trade partners allows him to effectively coordinate the many moving parts required to keep a project progressing toward its schedule, budget, and quality goals. With a strong understanding of due diligence, permitting, preconstruction planning, and field operations, Keith takes a proactive and collaborative approach to project management. He prioritizes clear communication, thorough coordination, and strong relationships among all project stakeholders to identify challenges early, develop practical solutions, and successfully guide projects from inception through completion.

Managing site improvements and renovations to create a satellite daycare facility at SRPMIC’s Accelerated Learning Academy, formerly a high school. The scope includes demolition, framing for new rooms, electrical work, new restrooms, and updated finishes, along with an exterior break area featuring a new shade canopy and landscaping.
