About

With more than 20 years of hands-on experience in commercial construction, I lead operations with a field-first mindset built on accountability, communication, and follow-through. Having spent the majority of my career on active jobsites, I understand what it takes to keep projects moving; from coordinating multiple trades and navigating real-time site challenges to maintaining clear communication between field teams, project managers, and clients. I understand operations from the inside out: coordinating crews, solving complex field challenges, and keeping clients informed and confident at every stage of a project. I move fast, cut through noise, and hold myself and my teams to high standards—consistency, ownership, and finishing strong. My leadership style is grounded in real-world experience and sharpened through continued development, including completion of the Arizona Builders Alliance Leadership Development Forum. I stay calm under pressure, focus on solutions, and push projects and people forward without cutting corners. Strong relationships are the foundation of every successful build. I’m direct, dependable, and not afraid to step in and fix what’s broken. Earn my trust, and you’ll have my full support. Outside of work, I’m a proud grandfather and family-first person.
